The Guest Service Agent will greet guests, perform all check-in and check-out functions, disburse room keys and inform guests about hotel facilities and services. Additional responsibilities including accommodating guest requests, answering and routing calls appropriately, taking guest reservations, posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions and other duties as assigned, checking on room status. Run reports, corrects mistakes, charges deposits for upcoming stays, and other duties as assigned
