Qualifications: Must have minimum 3 years of experience in a combinations of roles that include but not limited to: coaching at the club, high school or collegiate level; working in an administrative and leadership role in youth soccer or high school/ collegiate soccer; ability to communicate comfortably and competently with the Board of Directors, Tournament Director, technical staff, club members, and the community.
Specific Duties:
Club Management and Operations
Meet and communicate regularly with the Board of Directors
Create, operate, and manage annual operating budget, working closely with Club treasurer and Board of Directors on prioritization and accounting.
Coordinate with ref assignor/scheduler and referees; recruit and develop new referees.
Ensure registrar and registration is complete for all Club Members, including player, staff (coach and manager) cards and ensuring eligibility.
Work with Club Directors and Tech staff on purchasing needs, maintenance, and distribution of all Club equipment, including balls, flags, cones, etc., for new and existing teams.
Maintain memberships in all Leagues and Affiliations (U.S. Club Soccer, Gotsport, Norcal, GBYSL, and ODP).
Apply and renew for US Club insurance for all facility sites in CA/NV
Coordinate with Social Media Interns and Website delegate to strategically plan promotional efforts and content across the 2 platforms.
Understand and implement to staff all club policies, process and procedural documents to ensure transparency to paid staff.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
