Essential Functions:
Welcome customers upon entrance and confirm reservations.
Build rapport with customers and provide them with genuine guidance and support.
Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements.
Understand guests’ needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.
Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.
Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel guests.
Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls.
Develop a strong knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and of the surrounding community.
Provide guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, and activities in or outside the property.
Make guest reservations for transportation when requested.
Obtain necessary itinerary tickets.
Organize special functions as directed by management.
Arrange secretarial and other office services.
Process and deliver messages for guests.
Stay current and up to date with all hotel services as well as daily VIP requests and special events.
Provide support to management as required, in cases of emergency.
Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
Coordinate guest requests for special services or equipment with the appropriate department.
Contact roomed guests periodically to ascertain any special needs.
Handle guest recovery and solve problem to the degree possible.

Qualifications / Special Skills:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly effective professional.
Proven experience as concierge retail role advantageous.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication skills.
Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
Ability in multitasking and time management.
Aptitude in resolving issues with customer-focused orientation.
Previous hotel-related experience desired.
Available to work varied shifts when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
