Job Summary:
We are seeking exceptional people to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment including first mates and bartenders. These role is responsible for supporting the Captain in managing the day-to-day operations of the boat, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Captain in managing operations.- Greet guests ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.- Manage the cash register, including handling cash, operating the point-of-sale system.- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and food safety.- Work effectively in a team environment- Provide support during peak periods, including special events and holidays.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the bar and/or boat industry.- Proven experience in bartending, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.- Knowledge of food handling and preparation procedures. Serve Safe and RBS required.- Strong customer service and sales skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.- Physical stamina to work in a dynamic environment and lift up to 50 pounds.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Physical stamina to work in a dynamic environment.
