Full-time Pastry Cook!

As a Pastry Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, specializing in crafting quality pastry items that delight our guests. This position is designed for a culinary professional with a passion for pastry arts, looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality pastry items such as breakfast pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, cakes, mousses, custards, amenities, and special requests.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Supervisor to review daily assignments, anticipated business levels, and relevant job performance information.

  • Follow all preparation lists, event orders, and recipes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and optimal working conditions of all tools, equipment, and supplies.

  • Adhere to strict food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintain detailed HACCP logs and ensure proper food storage practices.

  • Engage in continuous learning and skill development, aiming to master new stations and responsibilities efficiently.
