Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent at Edgewood Tahoe Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and an integral part of creating a memorable experience. You will provide exceptional guest service, handle reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and address guest needs in a professional and courteous manner. Your goal is to ensure that each guest feels welcome, valued, and well cared for during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide them with necessary information about their stay (room details, amenities, etc.).
Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the system and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform the daily opening procedures such as driving range set up and delivery of clean and fully stocked golf carts to the cart staging area.
Greet players at the end of their round, clean their clubs and deliver their golf bags to the bag drop.
Ensure the range is properly cleaned and all free of trash.
Assist with the setup and execution of golf groups and events.
Assist golfers with their golf equipment including but not limited transferring to and from the Lodge, Clubhouse storage, and the bag drop.

Summary of Position:
The PC Support Specialist is responsible for installation, support and repair of personal computers, printers, software, pc-related peripheral devices. Responds to user requests for assistance in a timely manner. Completes problem reporting and tracking, project tracking, database establishment, and maintenance and status reporting within the department. Completes maintenance of the Help Desk issues database. Provides follow-up to users and the IS staff. Provides on-call support on a scheduled basis. Functions as backup and support for the Security Admin, Network Administrator and Systems Administrator.
