• You have the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to install glass panes, window frames, and related fixtures efficiently.

Line Cook/Prep Cook

Duties:- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices- Assist in the preparation of dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the chef- Cook food on various kitchen equipment, such as grills, stoves, and ovens- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment- Maintain inventory of food supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment after each use

Skills:- Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
