Responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to:
Maintain a clean kitchen by properly washing and sorting soiled dishes and kitchen equipment
Organize and keep dish area clutter-free
Set up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks
Maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift
Wash, stack, and store plates, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers
Change dishwashing machine water every two hours or as needed
Assist with the timely receiving and storing of food deliveries
Maintain trash cans and empty them at the end of each shift
Organize dry storage area and storage shelves
Follow posted daily dish cleaning duties
Assist in food preparation as needed
Communicate well with team members and management
Requirements:
Regular, predictable attendance
Ability to work effectively with others
Enthusiasm for the company and brand
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to lift and move 25 pounds
