Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and positive first impression.- Manage guest waitlist and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through POS systems.- Ensuring all food and beverage presentation/quality requirements and food safety standards are met.- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas.- Support coaching/development of exsiting staff and training for new staff members by sharing knowledge of best practices in customer service and restaurant management.
