As a Pastry Cook, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, specializing in crafting quality pastry items that delight our guests. Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality pastry items such as breakfast pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, cakes, mousses, custards, amenities, and special requests.
Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Supervisor to review daily assignments, anticipated business levels, and relevant job performance information.
Follow all preparation lists, event orders, and recipes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
Ensure the cleanliness and optimal working conditions of all tools, equipment, and supplies.
Adhere to strict food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintain detailed HACCP logs and ensure proper food storage practices.
Engage in continuous learning and skill development, aiming to master new stations and responsibilities efficiently.
