As a Front Desk Agent, you will: Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone. Be confident solving problems, comfortable using a computer, handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently. Work as a team to provide support to coworkers and provide excellent guest service. Check guests in and out of the hotel, answering questions about the hotel and local area, helping to make guests stay memorable, answering telephones and supporting team members.
