Summer common area attendant duties: coverage of front gate (checking for property parking placards or guest passes), monitoring parking lots for proper parking placards or guest passes, monitoring parking garage and tennis court areas, checking beach, pier and other common areas to ensure property rules and regulations are followed.
Copies of rules/regulations, frequent visitor lists, etc. will be provided so attendants become familiar. Attendants may also provide guest parking passes and beach permit stickers and beach passes as needed to owners and their guests.
Common area attendants will have use of free uniforms (polos & hats), walkie-talkies, and a bicycle is also available for summer staff use. No summer staff will be required to use any motorized vehicle or perform maintenance-related duties.
Shifts needed:
Thursday, June 20th: 10 am – 2 pm to meet with manager for orientation/training
Friday, June 21st: 2 shifts available, one from 8 am – 4 pm, one from 10 am – 6 pm
Saturday, June 22nd: 2 shifts available, one from 8 am – 4 pm, one from 10 am – 6 pm
Sunday, June 23rd: 1 shift needed (9-5)
June 28th – September 2nd, shifts will be Fri – Sun. 2 attendants each on Friday and Saturday for overlapping shifts covering 8 am – 6 pm, 1 shift on Sunday (9-5).
In the month of July, coverage will be needed July 4th – July 7th. July 4th coverage is the most important of all summer. July 4th – July 7th will require 2 attendants for overlapping shifts covering 8 am – 6 pm. Coverage on Monday, Sept. 2nd (Labor Day) is also needed with 2 overlapping shifts covering 8 am – 6 pm.
