We are looking for a reliable and dedicated employee to join our our fishing family this summer to fill a full time sales position. Our fishing customers are happy, easy going and love to learn about the lake and all of it's activities. General Summary:

Responsible for carrying out the daily front office duties, including but not limited to: answering phones; restocking retail; handling sales; filing; and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer fishing sales via phone, in person and email.

• Responsible for reservation email accounts

• Responding to customer reviews

• Managing a cash register and reconciling the till at both the beginning and conclusion of each shift.

• Assist with office inventory, restocking, etc.

• Presentation/Cleanliness of office

• Working closely with captains/deckhands to provide information on all fishing trips

• Basic website editing and general content creation

• Printing of California fishing licenses

• Assisting in any back office duties

Required Knowledge and Abilities:

• Proficiency in Google Suites applications for efficient task management.

• Capacity to work as a team member or alone to achieve expected results

• Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities and duties working in the office

• Ability to speak in front of large customer groups

• While prior fishing knowledge is advantageous, an interest to acquire it is essential.

• Aptitude in troubleshooting technology problems, requiring strong computer skills.

• Strong Sales experience and and outgoing personality

• Proficiency in written communication is a must

Education And Experience

• Previous office experience

• High school diploma or higher

To start, the job offers a competitive hourly rate of $18-$22. However, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance. Therefore, we reevaluate our employees' performance once they are fully trained and immersed within our company culture.

We offer a Summer Front office Sales Incentive program to make more money.

We are seeking to fill a position scheduled from Sunday through Thursday. Please note that during the spring, there may be reduced hours until operations are fully underway in June.
