Ensure smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction:
Greet guests courteously and assist them in and out of their vehicles.
Ensure customers receive timely service and address their needs promptly.
Provide information about hotel services, points of interest, and local attractions.
Vehicle Handling:
Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
Quickly distinguish vehicle makes and models; have a general knowledge of vehicle operations.
Maintain full compliance with standard operating procedures, ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times.
Operational Coordination:
Assist with training and coaching an excellent valet team.
Ensure daily staffing needs are covered and manage shift schedules.
Implement a successful staging plan for current traffic conditions to ensure maximum parking capacity.
Responsible for driveway and traffic activity.
Ensure work area, including parking lot and driveway, are clean and free of debris and obstructions.
Perform shift closing paperwork accurately.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the front desk, bell staff, and other departments to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate valet operations and special events.
Support team members during busy periods and lead by example.
Substitute for any position if necessary.
