As a Spa Receptionist at Edgewood Tahoe Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, embodying warmth, elegance, and impeccable service. You will ensure a seamless and exceptional spa experience from the moment of arrival to departure, in alignment with Forbes Five-Star standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all spa guests with a gracious, welcoming demeanor, adhering to luxury hospitality standards.

• Maintain detailed knowledge of spa treatments, therapists, promotions, and wellness programs to provide informed recommendations and upsell where appropriate.

• Coordinate all spa reservations via phone, email, and in-person with precision and discretion.

JOB SUMMARY

The house cleaner is responsible for cleaning vacation rentals throughout the service region (South Lake Tahoe).

VRA has created a system which automates your schedule, houses, linen, and provides all equipment needed. We love structure, and set schedules (not changing every week). While this position is independent in nature (working solo), we take pride in our cleaning team for working together, and helping each other when in need to get the job done, stress free.

Cleaning

• Proficiently execute cleaning responsibilities, optimizing workflow, speed, and quality

• Clean 1-2 homes per day throughout service region, organizing approach, and managing time

The Role:

Responsible for greeting and seating restaurant guests and processing sales transactions

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat guests at table according to guest preference, table availability, and within proper rotation guidelines.2. Ensure business flow and distribution of customers to server by following the direction of management, fair and consistent seating rotation of tables, and communication with staff of business volume changes.3. Provide guests with menus, inform guests of restaurant specials, and feature items.4. Coordinate with food servers, bus persons, and other restaurant personnel in providing guest service.5. Operate electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions and transports monies to and from the main credit cage.6.
