Job SummarySprouts Cafe is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team. Duties

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations on products.

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Square POS, to process transactions efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas

• Support food preparation and bussing duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and enhance customer experience.

• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in all tasks.

• Stocking needed items

• Prepping food, making juices, smoothies and coffees

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry, or retail environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.

• Experience working in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is a plus.

• Ability to operate POS systems effectively

• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• A commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude towards learning new skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
