Front Desk Agent- Play Park Hospitality

As a Front Desk Agent at Play Park Hospitality, LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in experience. This role is vital in upholding our commitment to exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.

  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.

  • Assist with phone calls, providing information about hotel services and amenities.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.

  • Perform night audit duties as required to maintain financial accuracy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.

  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

  • Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
