House cleaners/ short term rental cleaning | Sign on Bonus- ECS Lake Tahoe
Responsibilities:
Perform full-service cleanings of short-term rental homes (Airbnb, VRBO, vacation homes, residential homes, move-out's, construction cleaning, show and shine cleaning.
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
Change and launder bed linens and towels
Restock basic supplies and report inventory needs
Ensure property is guest-ready with attention to detail
Follow specific property checklists and cleaning standards
Communicate with team leads and managers as needed
Report any damage, maintenance needs, or guest items left behind
Requirements:
Must have a reliable, non-shared vehicle for transportation to and from job sites
Must have a smartphone for communication, job scheduling, and property checklists
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines
Physical ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in residential or hospitality cleaning is a plus
