Shedcat Distillery is a fast-paced, high-energy cocktail bar and restaurant, known for our craft spirits and creative cocktails. We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Barback/Busser/Food Runner to join our team. This is a key support role that keeps service running smoothly and ensures guests have an exceptional experience. This is a do-it-all role. Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights every week. Must be available during the holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders by restocking spirits, ice, garnishes, and glassware.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar/restaurant, removing used glassware and plates and wiping down surfaces.

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.

• Run food/drinks from the kitchen/bar to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation.

• Provide general guest assistance as needed.

• Support overall restaurant cleanliness, including floors, service stations, and restrooms.

- assist with washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen, assisting the line cook, as necessary.

• Work as a team to ensure smooth service and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• A strong work ethic and ability to stay fast, efficient, and organized in a high-volume setting.

• Great attitude and ability to hustle while staying friendly and professional.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.

• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required.

• Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
