Are you looking to live in the Lake Tahoe region where you can participate in endless outdoor active lifestyle opportunities? We are looking for individuals who love to "do stuff" and want to work for a fast growing company, with plenty of upward mobility!
Our Baristas keep the engine running! We are looking for several part-time coffee enthusiasts to join our Incline Village, Truckee and South Lake Tahoe teams. Specialty coffee experience not required (if you have it, awesome!) but we do like to see strong customer service experience — plus, you must be into drinking coffee and doing rad stuff. Tons of opportunity to grow within a fast-growing company!
RESPONSIBILITIES
POS and taking orders Making coffee and food items on the menu Pouring beautiful coffee drinks (we will train you on latte art) Stocking and prep Opening, closing and mid-shift tasks Multitasking during busy days Friendly and engaging with customers — remembering names and drink orders, giving outdoor activity recommendations Up-selling retail coffee and merchandise *Understanding the DRINK COFFEE DO STUFF brand story and consistently growing in specialty coffee knowledge
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong customer service experience; barista experience a serious plus Good people skills Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Hard work ethic; not afraid to get hands dirty or stay late when needed Punctual Ability to take direction and continually seek to improve Ability to multitask under pressure Flexible schedule Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs Must be into doing rad stuff
