Most Cold Stone Creamery stores are owned and operated by independent franchisee operators. These franchisees, who want to be in business for themselves but not by themselves, are independent employers which means they exclusively: (i) recruit, hire, train, and manage their own employees, (ii) set their own employment policies and procedures, and (iii) handle all matters of employment at their store. Franchisor does not control employment matters and does not employ those working at franchised restaurants.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly way and make a great first impression of the store

Take and prepare orders according to brand standards (may vary by location)

Perform cashier duties and reconcile cash

Adhere to safety guidelines

Put away stock as assigned

Set-up and break-down service areas

Ensure 100% customer satisfaction

Maintain clean and sanitized work and public areas

Prep in advance in an organized and timely manner

Qualifications/Requirements

Team player with a high energy, a positive attitude, and great customer service skills

Must be able to be punctual and maintain an assigned work schedule

Must be able to follow and understand the importance of procedures

Regularly required to stand and walk and reach with hands and arms

Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch

Must be able to perform cleaning duties (wiping tables and equipment, sweeping, and mopping)

Must be able to lift and/or move ? pounds

Must be at least 16 years old
