Spa Front Desk Supervisor- Elements Day Spa

ob OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our spa team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining efficient front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks effectively.

Duties

  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.

  • Manage daily operations at the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions using POS systems and cash registers.

  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Oversee online marketing.

  • Assist with retail sales by promoting products and services to guests.

  • Utilize basic math skills to manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.

  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to foster a positive environment.

  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment is preferred.

  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.

  • Basic math skills required for cash handling and retail math tasks.

  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for enhanced guest interaction.

  • Experience with supervising staff is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.

  • A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
