Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed and tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations.

• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, providing support to stranded motorists.

• Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment and techniques.

• Conduct pre-trip inspections on tow trucks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including mileage and fuel consumption.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

• Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with dispatchers to coordinate timely responses to service requests.

Skills

• Proficient in driving tow trucks and flatbed vehicles with a valid commercial driving license.

• Strong mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle troubleshooting and repairs.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

• Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

• Experience in loading and unloading vehicles safely using proper techniques.

• Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus, though not required.
