Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos, prepare and serve food- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly- Upsell additional products or menu items to increase sales- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Skills:- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee blends- Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Attention to detail in preparing beverages according to customer specifications- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
