Cleaning Technician- Sierra Cleaning Services

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, such as, vacation rentals, primary residences, and commercial properties, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a W2 employee position and we provide all cleaning supplies and tools for you.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents.
Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Previous experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
