Established Timeshare Management Company is seeking a qualified applicant to serve as a full-time Guest Services Representative in Stateline, Nevada.

Job Description:

Accommodates guests of the resort by performing the following duties. Shifts will vary with schedules including weekends with days off on week days.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.

Issue room keys.

Answer phones in a courteous manner (e.g. switchboard, house-phones, etc.).

Check in/out guests according to set procedures in a courteous manner.

Book and confirm reservations.

Compile daily report information.

Actively seek to successfully resolve any and all guest concerns.

Assist in the function and operation of resort activities.

Conduct scheduled activity events for owners and guests as directed by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour

• Computer Navigation: 3 years (Required)
