Retail Attendant- Part Time- Edgewood Tahoe Resort
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and offer personalized assistance in selecting luxury merchandise.
Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
Process sales transactions accurately using the resort’s point-of-sale system.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the retail space.
Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked, tagged, and displayed according to brand standards.
Monitor stock levels and communicate with management for replenishments.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the brands and products offered.
Follow cash handling, credit card, and financial transaction procedures.
Adhere to resort policies regarding loss prevention and security.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous retail, boutique, or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, professional, and polished demeanor.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 40 lbs.
Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
