Executive Director, Food & Beverage- Edgewood Tahoe Resort
The Executive Director, Food & Beverage will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations for a large resort in Stateline, NV. This includes managing multiple restaurants, bars, and catering services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for the food and beverage operations
Manage and oversee all restaurant, bar, and catering operations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality control
Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and P&L statements
Recruit, train, and manage a team of food and beverage professionals
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Ability to develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts
